Check-in time is after 2 PM Check-out time is 10:00 AM
It's forbidden to use heaters, grills or similar appliances which can prevent damage
It isn’t allowed to destroy or take out apartments inventory. All damage to the inventory, intentionally or unintentionally caused by the guest, will be charged to the guest
Please follow the quiet hours of 3:00 PM – 5:30 PM, and 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
No pets are allowed at the property without the knowledge and acceptance of the owner or manager
Smoking and using any kind of electronic cigarettes are forbidden inside the property
The minimum age for check-in is 25
A €50 damage deposit is required upon arrival and will be collected in cash. This deposit is fully refundable at check-out, provided there are no damages following a property inspection.
